I’m having trouble placing my order. What should I do?

I haven’t received an order confirmation email.

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email is sent automatically. Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to make a change or have made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be amended.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

Stock updates are noted on each product page. If no date is listed, contact us and we’ll provide an update.

Can I pre-order or reserve an out-of-stock item?

We do not take pre-orders. You can, however, sign up for an email notification when the item is back in stock. Items are then available first come, first served.

Can I place a bulk order for a special occasion?

Yes! We may be able to offer discounts on larger orders. Please contact us with your enquiry.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, and JCB. We do not accept PayPal.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Please note:

  • A 1.9% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your order has shipped, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
