Delivery Information 

We offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over £50.
For orders under £50, standard delivery is £3.99.

All delivery charges are applied automatically at checkout.

Return Policy

At TerraTrek, we design gear to perform. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

• Please note postal returns are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Returns & Fees

• Return shipping is responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• A £2.99 returns handling fee per parcel will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.
